These are a few of my favorites from the Morgan family shoot. They are all so photogenic. I'm proud of how these turned out and hopefully Matt and Annie will be pleased with them.
Here are a few photos from the Tover kids, from Paris. They were great to work with and are active in rodeos. And, one of my little butterfly at our church's Fall Festival.
Here are a few of my favorite travel photographs I have taken. My photography philosophy is simple: I want to capture everyday events and expressions that are uniquely special. There is something very honest about a photograph. I don't edit my photos to death. I may crop one or lighten one, but that's about it. Recently I went to a Pioneer Museum in northern Montana. The pictures of the pioneers' faces tell a story. So, too, do these. I want to let them speak for themselves....
I have finally created a website that is for the sole purpose of showcasing my photography and painting. I came up with the name pigtails and paintbrushes because it speaks to childhood and art, which both my photography and painting includes. I specialize in children and family photography, and in room murals and signs.
I hope you enjoy my work! Feel free to contact me for your photography or artwork needs.
